Schedule: 10-bed admission unit with 5:1 patient ratio; rapid turnover unit requiring efficient patient management

Highlights:

• Work in a fast-paced rapid admission unit with higher patient turnover than traditional medical/surgical floors
• Diverse case mix including general medical patients and pre-operative surgical patients awaiting procedures
• Telemetry monitoring experience essential for this specialized admission setting
• Opportunity to work independently while maintaining clear communication with interdisciplinary teams
• 12-month assignment starting October 2026

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license (or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a rapid-paced environment
• Complete skills checklist, professional references, and continuous work history required
• Valid certification cards and license verification through Nursys
