Duties include treatment plan implementation emphasizing personal care and behavioral, physical, & psycho-social development with the goal of self-reliance of patients served. Position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions, and good interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age 18 years Additional Considerations Prior work experience providing customer service. 2 or 4 year degree in health sciences/Psychology. Prior work experience in health care setting. Valid driver's license.
