Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.One (1) year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Package, MES knowledge.Understanding of Lean Management Systems, and lean tools. The starting rate of pay for this position is $26.56. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
