From diagnosing complex conditions to developing treatment plans and caring for patients through recovery, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.**Key Position Details:**Serve as the primary physician for hospitalized patients, providing expert medical care, developing individualized treatment plans, performing inpatient procedures, and partnering with care teams to achieve the best possible outcomes. **Practice Details:*** 70 plus Hospitalist team including physicians and APP's.* Strong teaching atmosphere with the option to work with our associated family medicine residency program.* Excellian, our EMR, is a software product from Epic and is considered one of the most comprehensive systems in the nation.* You will be based out of United Hospital, but with the ability to cover at additional locations, as needed.* Full time, 7 on 7 off **About this location:** United Hospital is a large acute care hospital located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, and part of the Allina Health system. Serving the east metro Twin Cities region, it provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, 24/7 emergency care, and a wide range of specialty services, including heart and vascular care, women’s and birth center services, cancer care, neuroscience, and behavioral health. Required Qualifications* Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine and* Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineJob Requirements* Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA required* Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)* Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)* Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges.* ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hire **Physical Demands** Medium Work\\*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (\\*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently **Pay Range**### Pay Range: $350,100 to $366,400 per year### The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
