Order Entry Specialist

Company in Marietta, GA is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to serve as the frontline connection between their customers and internal teams. In this role, you will handle orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. Must be proficient with MS Office. 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment is preferred. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

1. Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, web, and EDI.
2. Input orders into the system and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
3. Resolve customer inquiries related to product availability, shipping, and delivery timelines.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing to address and resolve customer
issues.
5. Track open orders, backorders, and purchase orders.
6. Maintain accurate records and perform general office duties.
