IT Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Project/Program Manager to join the team of our exceptional client. This role is focused on leading complex projects and programs from initiation through implementation, while ensuring successful business outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong project and program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and expertise working with business and technical teams across multiple functions. Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and Salesforce is essential. Benefits Healthcare Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Responsibilities Manage the full project and program lifecycle, from scoping and planning through implementation, closure, and transition to support teams. Partner with business stakeholders to adjust project strategies and plans as business needs evolve. Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure projects align with organizational objectives. Manage new and ongoing programs, including process improvement initiatives, resource planning, budget administration, and workflow optimization. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure project plans support business goals and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements. Facilitate project scoping sessions, gather requirements, identify risks, and obtain necessary approvals. Manage scope changes and ensure proper change control processes are followed. Coordinate staffing and resource allocation across business units to support project success. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and leadership. Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, track action items, and provide issue escalation and resolution support. Manage project and program budgets, ensuring expenses remain within approved guidelines. Prepare and deliver status reports that communicate milestones, achievements, risks, challenges, and overall project health. Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and governance requirements. Support departmental budgeting, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members when applicable. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong project and program management experience with expertise in project portfolio management tools and methodologies Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Strong SharePoint editing and publishing skills Advanced Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel skills Experience navigating Salesforce and creating reports Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority Strong understanding of business operations, planning activities, and customer needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and deliver successful outcomes Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and project dependencies Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Nice-to-Haves Experience with portfolio management and project governance frameworks Background in process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives Experience performing root-cause analysis and driving issue resolution Prior people leadership, coaching, or team management experience Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
