WE ARE HIRING: Short-Form Video Editors (Spanish + English) | USD 1,000–2,000/month | Remote

We are launching a Spanish-language division. You will edit content based on Spanish source material: you need to select the best moments and write hooks and subtitles in Spanish that truly work.

\n

We produce cinematic short-form edits for clients in the sales industry—podcast clips, informational videos and tutorials, talking-head segments, and fast-paced iPhone-style content—featuring movie B-roll, animated text, and music.

\n

YOU MUST BE COMPLETELY FLUENT IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH—at an equal level. Client content is in Spanish, but the entire team operates in English: you will receive instructions, revision notes, and daily feedback in English. If your English is at an intermediate level, this position is not for you.

\n

The application process is conducted entirely in English. All applications are scanned by AI and automatically rejected if written using AI.

\n

We are looking for editors with:

\n

✅ Fluent English (written and spoken)—at the same level as your Spanish; this is a requirement, not just a "plus"

\n

✅ A portfolio of high-performing short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)—mandatory

\n

✅ Proficiency in Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve (no CapCut/iMovie/Filmora)

\n

✅ Availability from 11 AM to 7 PM EST, 5–7 days a week

\n

✅ Ability to deliver 5 videos per day

\n

✅ Good judgment for selecting clips from long-form footage (podcasts ranging from 10 minutes to over an hour)

\n

✅ Strong communication skills

\n

✅ Eagerness to learn and be part of a solid team

\n

✅ Strong understanding of hooks (titles, visuals, and audio)

\n

Asynchronous workflow. Long-term position. Training provided during the first week. Pay: USD 1,000–2,000 per month based on output, paid twice a month.
