This role involves managing team members, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring lease compliance to foster a thriving residential environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day management of assigned properties to maintain quality standards and maximize occupancy.Lead, train, and develop on-site staff to deliver superior customer service and operational excellence.Manage tenant relations including lease negotiations, renewals, collections, and conflict resolution.Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.Coordinate maintenance and repair projects to ensure property safety and aesthetics.Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
