Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician, you will represent the company brand as the first line of response on‑site at customers’ locations. You will problem‑solve at a basic module level, organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to elevate issues. You’ll apply knowledge from on‑the‑job training to resolve task‑related problems emphasizing manual skills and maintain clear communication through the service app. Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs (learned on day 1). Complete company‑specific training and certifications. Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service‑app information using a company‑provided Android phone. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors. Accurately and promptly report updates and details of work performed, including call‑closure details. Maintain parts inventory and related records. Report hours worked and miles driven daily. Ability to use and operate an Android cellphone (company‑provided). Prolonged travel during workday, including inclement weather. Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and manipulate objects of varying size. Proof of minimum insurance coverage: bodily injury liability ($100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident) and property damage liability ($100,000 per accident). Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset Dispatchable daily on a call‑by‑call basis or a daily schedule. Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, overtime, or flex shifts. Safe outdoor work in all seasons and weather. High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude. Good problem‑solving skills, quick learning, and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree (preferred). Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment (preferred).
