You would join an incredibly talented and experienced operating team and be instrumental in growing the business and be appropriately rewarded. Responsibilities Support the carrier review and oversight of various MGA-written insurance programs across an array of insurance lines. Handle basic underwriting referrals on a one-off basis. Work with actuarial and program management in the evaluation of program performance and work to establish measurable action plans for improvement where needed. Participate in the performance and documentation of audits of program administrators. Establish clear underwriting guidelines for assigned programs and represent the company's interests in managing day-to-day interaction with MGA underwriters.
