Responsibilities Engage with homebuyers to understand needs and guide them through the homebuying process using LGI’s proven approach. Deliver exceptional customer service and work toward achieving sales targets in a commission-based environment. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company standards and contribute to a positive customer experience. Participate in training and utilize provided tools to support sales activities. Qualifications Proven sales track record with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving great results. Experience in a commission-based role is preferred. Strong communication skills, whether meeting clients face-to-face or on the phone. Weekend work is a required aspect of this position. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package, including a car and phone allowance, extensive training, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with a 4% match, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount. Bonus structure: Paid at various levels of closed sales achievement within a calendar year ($5,000 - $150,000 based on number of units or volume closed).
