Front Desk Receptionist/Member Experience Con Part Time 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1449 Front Desk Receptionist / Member Experience Concierge Market West Fitness – Wilmington, DE Market West Fitness is hiring a Reception Desk / Member Experience Concierge to join our hospitality-driven fitness team. We are looking for polished, friendly professionals who thrive in customer service environments and love creating exceptional guest experiences. If you have experience in front desk reception, hospitality, concierge service, customer service, or administrative support, this role offers growth, stability, and a premium work environment. Job Type Part-time What You’ll Do Greet members and guests with a professional, welcoming presence Manage front desk check-in and guest registration Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries (some sales) Use CRM software, scheduling systems, and digital tools Perform light administrative tasks and data entry Maintain a clean, organized reception desk, lobby and gym Support daily operations and team needs Ideal Candidate 1+ year experience in reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, apps, and technology Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Fitness industry experience is a plus Free gym membership Supportive, team-oriented culture Work in a premium, modern fitness facility About Market West Fitness Market West Fitness is a newly renovated, modernized, executive-focused fitness facility committed to delivering an exceptional member experience.
