Construction Laborers - Earn up to $25/hour

This position is not suitable for applicants with only welding experience. There are no welding duties in this position. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities Working alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks General concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing) Operating power‑tools (e.g. rotary hammers, chipping hammers, hammer drills, etc.) Post‑tension repair Rebar/post‑tension installation and stressing Independently traveling between projects Qualifications Focused on safety and comfort with standard PPE at construction sites Team and solution oriented with a proactive, professional, positive attitude Experienced construction field technicians/laborers Advantageous if familiar with concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar Advantageous if familiar with installation and/or stressing of post‑tensioning systems Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings Comfortable with working at heights Ability to read and speak English Ability to lift material up to 50lbs Good hand‑eye coordination and capable of standing for extended periods Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth Prior experience in post‑tensioning is ideal but not required Hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn at a fast pace Preference for bilingual Spanish/English candidates Preference for union ironworkers/rodbusters able to work union or open‑shop projects Additional Requirements Must provide own transportation Valid Driver's License Pass DMV background screening Pre‑employment drug screen required Job Details Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Job type: Full‑time, Contract, Temporary Schedule: 10‑hour shift / 8‑hour shift Work location: In‑person People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Tools provided
