Location: Big Rapids, MI
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive pain management services under the supervision of a Pain Management Physician
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide patient education
- Perform interventional procedures such as injections and nerve blocks
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
