We are currently seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team.## **Responsibilities & Duties:*** Documentation of pertinent information where required.* Keeping area clean and orderly.* Sanitation, as required, in processing and packaging areas.* Comply with all company policies and general safety rules while performing duties.* Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Heinz Environmental Policy.* Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies and procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management* Participate and collaborates in meetings.* Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.* Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.* Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.* Perform other duties incidental to job as assigned by supervisor.## **Qualifications:*** HS Diploma preferred.* Prefer experience in production/ manufacturing- but will train the right candidates.* Safe work habits.* Maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy.* Promotes teamwork.* Attention to detail to avoid and/or identify errors.* Good organizational skills.* Able to operate a fork truck – Kraft Heinz will train.* Able to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.* Able to work flexible schedule when needed.* Able to lift up to 50lbs.* Able to safely work at heights.* Able to stand for extended periods of time.* Able to understand & follow instructions.* Able to operate a computer.* Excellent oral & written communication skills.**Benefits:** Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
