Back of House Team Member

This is a SEASONAL POSITION. Ending in early to mid-September. Requirements for All Roles Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds. Flexible schedule with weekend availability. Team player who has the ability to follow instructions. Self-starter and can work with and without direct supervision. Reliable transportation. Closed-toe slip resistant shoes. Valid Food Handler’s Certification. Back of House Team Members Back of House Team Members are responsible for handling a variety of aspects of the Tin Top kitchen. Back of House Team Members will be expected to carry out the duties for their station based on the general description provided in addition to other related job tasks that may not be listed below: Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen. Preparing workstations for cooking Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment Checking the quality of the ingredients Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques Cooking food using various culinary techniques Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders Follow Opening, Midday, and Closing checklists with great attention to detail Adjust activities under the guidance and direction of the Kitchen Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
