What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs
Administer medications and treatments following approved protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
Educate patients and families on health care plans and procedures
Ensure patient safety and adhere to all regulatory standards, including OSHA and HIPAA

What You Need:

Valid Louisiana RN license
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years ER experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
