Job Description

Maintenance Mechanic Location: Hollister, CA Pay: $27.00 Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays depending on demand Get hired now! We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our production team in Hollister, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues. Install, adjust, and test machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety guidelines. Work closely with production teams to support operational efficiency. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment. Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
