Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Conduct routine assessments of patients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in CPR is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
