• Evenings: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Nights: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

What You'll Do

As an LPN at Teresian House, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document resident care and clinical information
• Provide hands-on support and assistance with resident care when needed
• Monitor and document resident status, intake/output, and other required records
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and communicate effectively with the nursing team
• Complete incident reports and assist with investigations as needed
• Coordinate resident transfers and required documentation when necessary
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure outstanding care

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates will have:

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Graduation from an approved school of nursing
• Current CPR certification
• A passion for caring for older adults
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to compassion, professionalism, and excellence in resident care
