FP&A Manager

Kforce's client, a growing organization in Kentwood, MI, is adding a newly created FP&A Manager role to support expansion and increased business complexity. This is a high-impact position partnering cross-functionally with leadership to build out forecasting capabilities, enhance reporting, and drive data-driven decision making. Why this opportunity:

- 6+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or finance experience
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel and reporting tools)
- Experience supporting operational or cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate independently in a growing organization
