Senior Financial Analyst

Kforce's client, a growing organization in Kentwood, MI, is adding a newly created FP&A Manager role to support expansion and increased business complexity. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
• Analyze performance across products, operations, and key drivers
• Partner with internal teams to improve cost visibility and efficiency
• Support pricing strategy and margin analysis
• Develop reporting and dashboards to strengthen business insights
• 6+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or finance experience
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel and reporting tools)
• Experience supporting operational or cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate independently in a growing organization
