Street Outreach Housing Navigator
The People Concern
The People Concern invites applications for the Peer Case Manager role based at the E6 DTLA Office in Los Angeles. This onsite position supports the E6 team in engaging people experiencing homelessness and linking them to permanent, affordable housing. You will walk Metro LA streets in teams, assess housing needs, advocate for clients, and help coordinate housing and supportive services. A focus on harm reduction and housing first principles is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
