In return for hard work and dedication, our goal is to provide a safe, productive, and enjoyable workplace for every employee.Job Title: Parts CoordinatorFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSummary: Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Review each service order for correct partsGather parts needed for service work orderTrack and return items that are defective to vendors for a refundFile completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.Drive company vehicle to deliver parts in the southeast GA/SC/AL/FLA areas for customers/contractors, usually one-day turnaround tripQualifications Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Manufactured housing industry experience desiredHigh School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
