We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Field Support professional responsible for a broad scope of operational support and Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
Key Responsibilities;
- Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
- Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Support a broad range of operational and IT infrastructure activities.
- Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Accurately document technical processes, solutions, and resolutions.
- Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and support.
- Manage assigned workflow in accordance with schedules and service requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document effective resolutions.
- Develop workaround procedures when standard processes are unsuccessful and ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software, configuration, and setup issues for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide support across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
- Must be able to safely use a ladder when required.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software, configuration, and setup-related issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately document technical issues, solutions, and processes.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple service requests and priorities.
- Ability to follow established procedures and create effective workarounds when necessary.
- Flexibility to provide onsite support across various business and airport environments
