Care Professional

Always Best Care Senior Services is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for seniors. We believe our caregivers are our most valuable asset, and we're looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our team and support our senior community.

As a Care Professional, you will provide vital in-home personal care services to seniors in the Gallatin/Hendersonville and North Nashville Areas. Your role will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 19 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License, active car insurance required.
• At least ONE YEAR of caregiving experience
• Preferred: Updated TB skin test (Always Best Care will reimburse the cost)
