Job Summary: The Mechanical Polisher is responsible for polishing and finishing metal components used in pump, valve, and plate heat exchanger products. This role supports daily production schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and process standards.

Mechanical Polisher Duties:
o Polish metal sub-components to meet required 3A surface finish standards
o Set up and operate polishing equipment following standard operating procedures
o Perform quality checks and inspections on completed parts
o Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality guidelines
o Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
o Overtime and Saturdays as required

Pay:
20 per hour.
23.50 Upon hire

Mechanical Polisher Requirements:
o Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
o Experience using hand tools or power tools
o Ability to read basic drawings, blueprints, or manufacturing orders
o Basic computer skills
o Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
