Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting cutting-edge fitness organization with 1,200+ locations open in the US, Canada and internationally. We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN.

The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products
Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment will maintaining productivity requirements
Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience
Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
Make sales calls and follow up calls/customer care calls with ease
Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post) shift activities
Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention
Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
Process accurately onboarding documents for new members
Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience
Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for health & wellness
Excellent presentation skills and driven by changing lives
Able to multitask and thrive in a busy ever-changing environment
Excellent customer service skills - including face-to-face and over the phone
Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
Functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs
High school diploma required.

We are currently looking to fill the part-time shift listed below:

Mon 4:30AM 8:30AM
Tues - 4:30AM 8:30AM
Wed - OFF
Thurs - OFF
Fri - 4:30AM 8:30AM
*Sat 5:45am 11:45am (alternating Saturdays)
Sun - OFF
*shift includes only 2 Saturdays per month

More hours available if interested.
