Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Hartwell, GA. This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a compassionate company that makes a real difference in people's lives every day. Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Support billing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Coordinate with caregivers and management to ensure smooth day-to-day communication
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to quality service
