Landmark Ford in Tigard, OR is seeking a skilled and independent Ford Mobile Service Technician to bring our dealership's service quality directly to our customers. Operating a fully equipped Landmark Ford Mobile Service vehicle, you'll complete repairs and maintenance at customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations across the area.

What You'll Do

• Use the Landmark Ford Mobile Service van to travel to customer locations and carry out on-site repairs and maintenance
• Perform scheduled services, recalls, software updates, and field diagnostics with care and accuracy
• Build lasting customer relationships through a reliable, professional service experience
• Prepare and organize each day's schedule ahead of time to stay efficient and on track
• Communicate regularly with Parts and Service Advisors to coordinate parts needs and keep customers updated
• Record all work completed accurately on repair orders
• Stay current on Ford technical service bulletins and fulfill all required training
• Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van with care and responsibility
• Represent Landmark Ford professionally across all work environments and conditions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional automotive experience at a dealership or high-volume shop
• Solid diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation
• Well-organized and self-directed, with strong time management habits
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle varying outdoor work environments comfortably
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
