Requirements

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)

- Must have experience in a dental office.

Job Description

Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Check patients in and out of the office.
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
Assist with insurance verification and benefit coordination.
Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments.
Manage patient charts and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments.
Communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, treatment plans, and office policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other team members to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
