Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, offering flexibility and allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a stable work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of patients. \n
- Employ a measurement-based care approach to enhance treatment planning and track progress effectively. \n
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and wellness coaches, to ensure a holistic treatment approach. \n
- Provide constructive feedback on our program curricula and integrate best practices into training protocols. \n
- Assess various applications of technology in treatment, suggesting enhancements that can improve client outcomes. \n
- Maintain a thorough understanding of risk management issues related to mental health care and ensure compliance with safety protocols. \n
- Complete detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in a timely manner using our clinical management software. \n
- Participate in ongoing training programs focused on evidence-based practices and technology-enhanced care delivery. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents dealing with anxiety and related disorders. Your expertise in these areas will be critical in fostering a supportive atmosphere where young patients can thrive. Additionally, you will support families, guiding them through the therapeutic process and providing them with resources and strategies to facilitate communication and healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid and independent counselor license in the state of California. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of counseling methods that cater to diverse patient needs. \n
- A strong background in treating children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related conditions. \n
- Experience in delivering evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Basic computer skills with a willingness to adapt to new technologies that enhance service delivery. \n
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills essential for effective counseling and documentation. \n
- A culturally responsive approach that embraces diversity and promotes inclusion. \n

- A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. \n
- Previous experience working in a community health setting is preferred. \n
- A track record of success in utilizing technology for remote counseling. \n
The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. As a full-time employee, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
