The ED RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage based on urgency and severity of conditions.\n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.\n Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.\n Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options.\n Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.\n Additional Information\n Holiday coverage is not required for this position.\n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #38202723.
