Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an Interventional Radiology (IR) unit, including pre- and post-procedure monitoring
• Assist with and support procedures including biopsies, ablations, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
• Operate and utilize CT scan and related radiology equipment in accordance with unit protocols
• Document patient information and care accurately using the Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Collaborate with a small unit team and take initiative in a fast-paced, procedure-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Emergency Department (ED) experience required
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required
• Proficiency with Meditech Expanse or comparable EMR platform

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Interventional Radiology or procedural nursing setting
• Familiarity with CT scan operations and imaging-guided procedure support
