Thrive Wellness Counseling Services is seeking passionate and committed full-time Mental Health Therapists with valid licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide remote telehealth services, allowing flexibility while delivering essential mental health care to clients in need.

This is a full-time remote position, enabling convenient telehealth service delivery to clients throughout Springfield, Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Our therapists work within a constructive digital framework, using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems and telecommunication technologies designed to enhance patient interactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify each patient’s specific needs, leading to the formulation of customized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that create a safe space for individuals to share, learn, and grow in their mental health journey.

  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective support.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options available, and connect them to community resources to encourage robust support networks.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, demonstrating accountability and thoroughness in patient care.

  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development endeavors to enhance clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, ranging from childhood and adolescence to adulthood, addressing various mental health concerns. We emphasize cultural competence in our therapeutic approach, understanding the unique backgrounds, experiences, and challenges of each client, which enriches the therapeutic relationship and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and mastery of various evidence-based treatment modalities.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop practical and efficient treatment plans.

  • Experience providing both individual and group therapy across varied populations, showcasing adaptability and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with remote therapeutic techniques, along with a background in crisis intervention, would be advantageous for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
