The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on developing teams, delivering exceptional hospitality, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Proven ability to manage financials including labor and cost controls Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
