As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll lead with expertise, shaping projects that leave a lasting imprint on both communities and industries. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to Olsson's high standards. Employ advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies to navigate and solve project challenges, enhancing project outcomes and technical solutions. Oversee quality assurance and control to maintain project excellence, coupled with leading research initiatives to address significant engineering hurdles with creative solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, guiding team members through complex projects and contributing to their professional growth and development. Champion the development and refinement of engineering practices and standards, ensuring continuous improvement and positioning Olsson at the forefront of engineering excellence. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well with a team. Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A minimum of eight years of engineering experience. Must be a registered professional engineer (PE). You are passionate about Working collaboratively with others. Having ownership in the work you do.
