Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments while creating personalized treatment plans.
• Execute physical therapy interventions emphasizing mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery.

• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, preparations for discharge, and exercises they can perform at home.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility protocols and regulations.
• Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
