RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Provides clinical oversight for the assigned unit.
• Ensures timely incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees resident care to support strong clinical outcomes.
• Communicates condition changes to physicians and families.
• Conducts daily rounds to monitor safety and care standards.
• Provides clinical support including medication administration when needed.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of longterm care nursing required.
• Strong criticalthinking skills and effective problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment and manage competing priorities.
