Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

to join our residential group home team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with varying care needs while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. What You’ll Do Must be able to complete required training and meet company/state licensing requirements. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet employment eligibility requirements. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment. Monitor and report changes in a client's health, behavior, or overall condition. Take and document vital signs and other health-related information as directed. Follow individual care plans, health protocols, and safety procedures. Provide support with meals, activities, appointments, and community outings. Complete required documentation and communicate important information to managers and nursing staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Support individuals with disabilities and/or medical, behavioral, or developmental needs. Work as part of a team to provide consistent, person-centered care. What We’re Looking For Current

CNA certification

. Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to caregiving. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Ability to follow care plans, policies, procedures, and directions from nursing and supervisory staff. Previous experience in a group home, assisted living, healthcare, disability services, or caregiving setting is preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, behavioral needs, or medical needs is a plus. Ability to complete required background study and pre-employment requirements. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required depending on the location and position.
