What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports. Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery. Drive tractor‑trailer to destinations, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills. Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications You’ll Bring as a CDL‑A Teammate At least 21 years of age. Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A). At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience. Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
