Packer (12-Hour Shifts)

Location: Surgoinsville, TN
Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire

$16.00 plus shift premium for night shift

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join our manufacturing team in Surgoinsville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable schedule and long-term career potential. Job Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company quality and packaging standards.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging.
• Measure products accurately using a tape measure.
• Label, sort, and prepare products for shipping.
• Assemble boxes and other packaging materials as needed.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform other production and packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then alternate)
• Overtime may be available based on production needs.
