Provide clerical support and process signed and unsigned orders, 485's, and other key documents. Ensure documents are saved to the patient medical record.QualificationsEducation and experience, essentialMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Education and experience, preferredSix months experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred.RequirementsMust possess a valid state driver licenseMust maintain automobile liability insurance as required by lawMust maintain dependable transportation in good working conditionMust be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions*For employees located in Oregon, requirements related to driving are not applicable unless employee has a clinical license.Additional InformationEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
