Collections analyst ad sales

Cable or media industry Spanish speaking A/R & Collections Bachelor's in Accounting preferred They will be managing a cable advertising portfolio of about 100 million, across ad agencies and with large and mid size agencies. They will be doing collection outreach, discrepancy management and resolution, and analysis reporting. Will be reporting in Excel, formulas and vlookups and charts/pivots. We have different sites that this team will communicate with, they may be needing to partner with teams in South America, Spanish is a plus. Experience with reconciliations, aging reports, payment plans, cash application, invoices, ledgers, etc.
