Job Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and assess customer needs. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Install, repair, and maintain equipment and systems. Test and inspect equipment for proper functioning. Perform regular maintenance and service procedures. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed. Keep up to date with new products, services, and procedures. Document service activities and maintain records. Provide technical advice and support to customers. Prepare reports and other documents related to service activities. Follow all company policies and procedures. Keep a clean and safe work environment.
