Join a professional & trusted retirement planning office that has proudly served clients in the financial field for over 20 years here in the Tomball area! We’re seeking a friendly, outgoing Receptionist who enjoys building relationships and creating a welcoming environment for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability within a close-knit, independent office where your role truly makes an impact every day. Our ideal candidate should consider this position is in TOMBALL. Professional attitude and attire is a must. Serious candidates will be considered for an interview this week.
*Full or Part Time Position
*Starting pay DOE/negotiable
*Role offers paid holidays, bonuses & vacation pay
*Hours are structured Mon-Fri *NO Weekends
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet all clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answering incoming phone calls as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
- Track and take regular inventory of supplies to ensure the office is always well-stocked.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Skills
- Professional, outgoing & friendly: people-oriented and committed to establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and attire is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in Microsoft Office & Excel a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
- Data entry experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle: for daily commute and potential work-related travel with proof of auto insurance
- Clear writing: legible print
- Maintain a mature, professional demeanor and appearance
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug-screening
