What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience. Success in this role comes from building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing knowledgeable guidance throughout the sales process. Automotive sales experience is not required. If you have a background in customer service or sales and a desire to learn, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed!

This 100% commission-based opportunity is designed for motivated, driven professionals who want their income to reflect their performance. With no cap on earnings, the more you achieve, the more you can earn!

Your day may include :

• Participating in daily sales meetings and training sessions.
• Staying informed about new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers.
• Building and maintianing strong customer relationships.
• Working with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
• Understand vehicle values, financing concepts, and trade-in prcesses.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention..
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

What We're Looking For •

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

A Few Things to Know

This is a position that involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs., and driving vehicles throughout the day. Evenings, some holidays and weekend work hours are required. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
