FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in White Bear Lake, MN, seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy, while building strong patient relationships and autonomy over your schedule. Clinicians may incorporate telehealth and other virtual care to extend access, support more patients, and improve continuity of care in a clinician-driven practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
