Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact State license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to commit to 36 hours per week for the full 13-week contract duration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
• Familiarity with Med/Surg workflows in an acute care hospital environment
