Job Description:

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time, onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a school district in the Hemet area. The OT will work with a diverse K–12 caseload across multiple school sites and must be available for full-time onsite services Monday through Friday. This contract runs from August, 2026 through May, 2027.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in grades K–12.

• Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development, including goal creation and service recommendations.

• Address fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-help, and access-to-curriculum needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and service logs.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.

• Travel between assigned school sites within the Hemet area as needed.

• Support the implementation of accommodations, interventions, and classroom strategies.

Requirements:

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

• Ability to manage a K–12 caseload across multiple campuses.

• Must be available for full-time, onsite services Monday–Friday.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation for site-to-site travel.
