Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or similar accommodation setting.
• Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsibilities:

• Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items, ensuring freshness and proper presentation throughout service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and dining utensils.
• Greet guests warmly, respond to questions about menu items, and accommodate special dietary requests when possible.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, promptly addressing any issues to comply with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels and helping with deliveries as needed.
